Wednesday: Denim Day to Support Victims and Survivors of Rape! @ 10:00am - 6:00pm
We encourage all community members to wear as much denim as they can. This is to show support for victims and survivors of rape. The Healing House will be at Cost Cutters on Pennsylvania Avenue in Binghamton hosting a special bake sale from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Come out and support us! Saturday: Benefit for Lillyanna Norkaitis @ 2pm-6pm
House of Reardons - 25 Grant St. Binghamton Cost: $7.00 Food, Raffles, Door Prizes, Karaoke and Auctions! Lillyanna was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS), a congenital heart defect where the left side of the heart does not fully develop. A baby born with HLHS requires 3 separate surgeries to modify the blood circulation. HLHS is the #1 killer of children, even over cancer. Money raised will go to Lillyanna's family to help cover expenses associated with her monthly doctor visits to Syracuse. Saturday: Spaghetti Dinner @ 12:00pm - 7:00pm
Stella D'Argenta, the Women's Lodge and the Men's Lodge of the Sons of Italy are holding a Spaghetti Dinner with dessert, salad, and bread included. The dinner will be taking place at 62 Carroll St. in Binghamton. $8 for adults, $4 for children. Take out is available!

Saturday: Bike Day @ 1:00pm - 4:00pm
The Dream Center holds a bike drive for youth 8 years of age and up each year, to help youth get to fun and safe programs and parks for an alternative to the street. Bikes are collected year round and can be dropped off at Sarah Jane Johnson Memorial United Methodist Church, 308 Main Street, Johnson City, NY, Monday thru Thursday, 8:00 am to 1 PM. The give away takes place on the second Saturday of May each year, from 1 to 4 PM in the Wilson Hospital parking lot next to Sarah Jane Johnson Church. Youth are referred to the event by area agencies, where they receive a helmet, are fitted to a bike, must take a safety course and agree to wear a helmet while riding. Saturday: Chicken BBQ @ 10:00am
1st Presbyterian Church at the corner of Arch St. and Floral Ave. is holding a Chicken BBQ from 10am until sold out. 1/2 BBQ Chicken are $5. Dinners are $7.

Saturday: Free Pancake Breakfast @ 8:00am - 10:00am
Help Celebrate National Foster Care Awareness Month by joining Berkshire Farm Center and Services for Youth in a FREE Pancake Breakfast! The breakfast will take place at St. Michael's Recreation Center located at 296 Clinton St. in Binghamton. Donations are welcomed and encouraged and will raise money to help foster youth in our community.
