Brother Dave

Cpt. Ken Landeau

Hello this is your Captain speaking.. Its Ken Landeau. Thanks for looking at my bio. I was born in Dallas, TX on Feb 16th 1948. My father was stationed in Southern Texas most of my early years in the USAF. I followed in Dad's footsteps and joined the Air Force in 1967 and flew the F4 Phantom in the 555th Triple Nickel Tactical Fighter Squadron in the heart of the Vietnam War. During my tenure in the Air Force, I also became involved in The Armed Forces Radio Network as a radio disc jockey. From 1972-1998 I worked on rock stations in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, and Tampa.  In 1999 I met my now ex wife who brought me to this beautiful area of Binghamton. In the early 2000's I worked mainly with my wife to develop a small flying business. I recently entered back into the radio biz and found Z93.  I currently live on Quaker Lake in Pennsylvania with my two Golden Retrievers Shelby and Foxy, My Harley, and my Cat Nicki. On weekends you can always catch me at fly in breakfasts with my single engine Mooney M20J aircraft. In the fall of 2013 I underwent an experimental lung extrication. I am feeling good living with one lung. Thanks as always for listening and "make it a great day friend"

Bigg Wally

This is the coolest thing that has ever happened to me. (Well, not really THE COOLEST, but it's right up there with being strip searched as I was boarding a plane for New Mexico.)

Here's some things you may or may not know about me. I have been to at least 5 Beach boys concerts. My first album was Deep Purple's "Fireball." I am a Southern Rock Aficionado because I grew up on the Southern Side of Port Crane, NY. (hey, don't judge!)

I used to be a disco bartender, (Hey it was all about making $$$ and getting some ______ lol)

I used to play the trumpet, the french horn, the tuba and the baritone horn. I stopped playing the trumpet, the french horn, the tuba and the baritone horn when I discovered girls liked axe men and drummers. (So I suffered a lull in female action... editors note... Wally was 8 at the time)

Concerts I have seen
Lynyrd Skynyrd, Charlie Daniels, The Four Tops, Outlaws, Foghat, Beach boys,
Yes, Boston, Bad Company, ZZ Top, Edgar Winter, Loverboy, Neil Sedaka,
Marshall Tucker, Foreigner, The Shirelles, Salt N Peppa, Kansas, and....

I am currently a full time Real Estate Salesperson with ERA DECKER
Real Estate and this is the coolest thing... helping people buy and
sell homes. AND I AM VERY GOOD AT IT!

Daily goal: To wake up with a purpose in life, but not necessarily a clue
as to how to get there!

I have been in radio for 24 years in the Binghamton Market. I love
music... all types of music. I got out in 2013 because it wasn't fun
anymore. I got back in because it turns out, the fun was always there,
just at a different address on the dial!

John Fanning

Hi I'm John Fanning. Music lover, Musician, and DJ on Album Rock Z93.

It all started July 28, 1981 the day I was born. A life of promise and success with the world at my fingertips, or at least a career working for IBM. On August 1, 1981, MTV was born and changed my life forever. I spent my childhood watching MTV, mimicking the Clash and Billy Idol. I found my true love and it was music. I spent my teen years and 20's in different local original bands, playing dingy basements and bars throughout Broome County and New York State. I also worked in restaurants, where I was often told, "you have a voice for radio."

In College, I studied music and majored in Audio Engineering. With a little help from a good friend, I landed my first and only radio gig working for Equinox Broadcasting. Working with music and being able to talk about my passion on a daily basis is amazing. I love the connections I make with our listeners, and hope they enjoy our time together as well. I have a lot to learn and a long way to go, but I have found my new calling and it is radio.

8:00pm - 10:00pm

Ray Scott

Unlike most of my co-workers, I am very new to the radio business, although entertaining has always been in my blood. I grew up in the area, having graduated from Susquehanna Valley High School. After high school, I pursued a military career, which ended up lasting nearly 10 years and took me to places like Columbus, GA; Colorado Springs, CO; and South Korea. I am also a Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, which I am very proud of.  I am a recent graduate of SUNY Broome Community College where I received degrees in both Communications and Web Design. In addition to my On-Air work, I am the Promotions Director for Equinox Broadcasting and am the co-owner of a local mobile DJ company.  I am finally living my dream and could not be happier!
